Leadership

What kind of leader would you follow? The leader you would follow into battle and who will give you victor and honor. The leader that will show you down the path of happiness and kindness. Or the leader that will give you anything you want but with a price. In some points in our lives we have followed and/or looked up to, by free will or by force, a leader of some kind. Sometimes it's the right one and other times its not, or you just haven't found the leader you're looking for. I was like that until someone told me that I had amazing leadership, when I was working with a mentoring program called Boys to Men. But now I'm in this two-way-leader in one person's eyes I'm the leader that all kids at my school should follow, but in the eyes of the students, I am already a leader just for the things I do for them. So how should I act? Maybe in someway as being part of both leaders I'm helping. I could be wrong in one person's eyes and be right in others. SO maybe no matter what leader you follow and/or look up to we our all right and wrong in someway.
